About
Zhenghao develops models of tissue micro-environments using multiplexed imaging and longitudinal, high dimensional, time-series data. He currently works on learning good representations of cellular state and perturbations.
Prior to Calico, Zhenghao was a data scientist and engineer on the analytics team at Coursera, an online education company. At Coursera, he built core data infrastructure and models and ran several large studies on the effectiveness and optimizations to online education including the (at that time) largest ever empirical study on the effectiveness of Massive Open Online Courses and determinants of quality in online education.
