As Associate Director of Employee Engagement, Jake connects with scientists, engineers, and project leaders from across Calico to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. He helps provide managers with the skills and tools to effectively lead, motivate, and engage their teams. Jake also manages Calico’s early talent programs, including the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program and Summer Intern Program, to create spaces for Calico scientists to share their expertise and mentor the next generation of talent.
